Pain Attunement Scourge mod is not actived when equiped Item

Hi,

My body Armour has a Scourge mod Pain Attunement, but it does not affect the passive tree.

You are wrong, Charisma is shown

I believe this is intended, because amulet anoints say "Allocates Charisma" while the Pain Attunement mod on your gear just says "Pain Attunement" and does not say "Allocates Pain Attunement."

If you test your dps before and after, you should see the additional damage, as long as you are on low life.

scourge mod does not allocate it, it only gives it.

there is a technical difference here, it has to allocate it to show on the tree.

using heist bases that give elemental overload/etc.. doesn't show on the tree either.
