Cane of Kulemak does not increase new Attack Speed Modifier

The Attack Speed + Dex & Int modifier does not get increased by Cane of Kulemak's increased Unveiled Modifier magnitudes. Down below is a copy of the item text. The ranges are 25-28 Dex/Int and 18-22% Attack Speed. Both other mods are increased properly.

" theres no need, its the dex and int not scaling. all the crafts GGG changed to have something other than quality aren't scaling with the magnitude multiplier properly. |

Guess I'll have to wait with my build even after lucky proc of required stats on Kulemak, otherwise it probably wont change stats while being equipped on Animate Guardian after fix:)
