How to target farm a certain unique in SSF?

Assuming there is not direct targeting method from Div card (no targeted exchange, exchange for "unique of slot" does not count as well), and no restricted drop method.
Yes until lvl 92 my saboteur still got no shaper-influenced glove or any deerstalker. Need some helps |

otherwise, you pick up every base and use chance orbs. that's it. welcome to ssf. |
