Fledgeling helm + Eye to eye (what is close range)

He guys, im trying to figure out what close range means on fledgling helm (projectiles dont collide with units at close range) and whether it works with eye to eye (increased damage against nearby enemies) - anyone got some insight on this>?

From Wikia's Chin Sol page

The 'Close Range' modifier applies to monsters within distance of 20 units[1] (the radius of cleave).

Of course, "Nearby" teaches us to take those numbers very, very carefully. But, assuming for once we have a fixed value for a certain hotword, then 20 units is the range on which Fledgling won't let your projectile collides.

As for Eye to Eye, we need to know which is the value of "Nearby" in this case. Wikia can't help us here. Supposing we have the Belt of Deceiver's "nearby", we are talking about 25 units.
Which means:
> Everything that is less than 20 units from you won't be hit by your projectile, and Eye to Eye won't help
> Everything exactly between 21 and 25 units will be hit by your projectile, and Eye to Eye applies
> Everything above 25 will be hit by your projectiles and won't get benefit from Eye to Eye.

Considering how the game is more than willing to literally jump at your throat at every single step, it is also why Fledgling is an unique most frowned up
