Killed all Bandits, no reward

Hi POE aficionados!

I successfully killed all three bandits, but there was no quest item drop, and Eramin had nothing to say to me when I returned to town.

Is there some way to reset the ques or to troubleshoot what went wrong?

I've done this quest before in the lowest level league, but this was my first time in scourge.

Any advice would be useful!

what does the quest window say about this quest?

if you took a wrong reward, it can be respecced with the Book of Reform

Assuming this is the account you play Scourge on, unhide your characters in your profile and then we will see what the issue is.

I play on a PS4, so there are no accounts on the computer.

How do I check my quest menu on PS4? It seems pretty straightforward, but there's no Q button on my console!

So, I found my quest log. It is marked as complete, and says I received 2 passive skill points - except I don't think I did. There is nothing to allocate, and I didn't get a book.

How do I move forward? Just take the hit and live without the skill points?

We had some really weird buggy action on the last fight - my grouped partner hit the wrong button, and accidentally became a friend of Kaitlin, while I opted to kill him.

It took us awhile to figure this out - I kept dying and wondering why. We finally saw we were enemies, and every attack he made targeted me instead of the bandit!

That part isn't buggy - but, when I would die, the entire screen would freeze until I could get back to the battle and click on Kaitlin again... my partner eventually stopped attacking, and I could defeat Kaitlin easily. But, no green item dropped, and Eramin had nothing to say to me when I got back to town.

The other person in the group also got nothing - no drop, no reward.

Any ideas on what went wrong, or how we can get the rewards (I realize he gets something different since he picked a different path).

You dont receive a skillbook for completing this quests.
Its just 2 points showing up all the sudden.

On PC you could open your chat console and type /passives to show a list of skillpoints you got from quests.
No idea if and how that works on console tho.
