Safehouse has been abandoned

Opened a Syndicate safehouse in hideout and entered a few seconds later. Immediately received "Safehouse has been abandoned" message. No syndicate members in the final room, and the door is locked. Last bumped on Oct 30, 2021, 2:46:27 PM
