Holy Flame Totem can't be summoned (FIXED)

It was working perfectly fine until mid act 2, and after using a wavepoint to go back to Forest Encampment my totem has since not been useable. It's still lit up, I have max mana and it just will not place. I've tried to unsocket all my gems, put them on new equipment thinking it could just be an equipment bug. That didn't fix it, so then I tried doing it again but this time leaving it all in my inventory and restarting the game client. Still didn't fix the issue.

So the Holy Flame Totem CAN'T be placed anywhere, however it seems to be only that Totem since everything else works perfectly fine.

Did you spec into Runebinder?
