POE Trade symbols

What do the Greater than/equal to symbol next to the mod name mean in poe trade?

Example - Of The Watchman (>45). **I cant create the actual symbol**

This is something I have not seen before

I am wondering this too.
I thought it was a minimum item level needed for that particular mod but for 'nearby enemies take x% additional physical damage' the number is 85 9which is what craft of exile says is the minimum ilvl needed' but then the mod appears on an ilvl 75 item.

You can find it in the item mods list.

Search for "watchman" and you'll find it's a suffix that is available at item level 45 and above.
