Varitania's snowstorm effect becomes transparent behind Tornado skill

When using the new Tornado skill while fighting Veritania, the snowstorm effect surrounding the arena becomes transparent wherever the two effects overlap on the screen. For reference, I'm using a Radeon RX 5700 and DirectX11; let me know if you need any more details.
