Only 40% chance to cause bleeding on the passive tree now?
Am I wrong here; is there only 40% chance to cause bleeding on the passive tree? Let's say you don't want to play Gladiator (not getting that beefy 50% chance), and you use the Chance to Bleed Support gem for 25%... that's 65% chance to cause bleeding.
If you're in HC SSF and don't have *any* gear with Chance to Bleed then you... are fucked? We're we not able to get 100% chance to cause bleeding before 3.16? (without Gladiator and gear) Last edited by DiGG#5743 on Oct 27, 2021, 9:39:57 PM Last bumped on Oct 28, 2021, 2:57:28 AM

Almost right. There's 3 separate +15% chance to cause bleeding with attacks nodes. So that's 45% chance. Then the Chance to Bleed Support is 25%, bringing you to 70%. And then take any melee weapon above item level 20 and spam Alteration Orbs on it and you can easily get a suffix that will give you +20-30% chance to cause bleeding and increased damage with bleeding (20%-50% increased). The suffix can appear on any weapon; you don't need anything special.
That's 100% without Gladiator Ascendancy. Granted, it does force you to wield a weapon with a specific suffix slot and use a specific support gem, but there's a reason why Gladiator is the best for Bleed focused builds. Or you could just use the Puncture skill and get 100% bleed chance straight from using that. No passives needed. Edit: I think there's also a veiled craft prefix that you can craft on a weapon that gives added Physical damage and chance to bleed too. So, if there's three suffixes you already have in mind for your weapon, you can use the veiled craft for a prefix chance to bleed. Last edited by Shadowstorm#0024 on Oct 28, 2021, 3:07:00 AM
