Game turning into Runescape/Play-Dough

When playing the game the graphics will suddenly turn into play-dough/Runescape until I reset the game, this happens seemingly randomly and frequently and the game runs with no problems until this happens.

This state of the game, although being horrible visually and making actual boss fights and more mechanically intensive encounters impossible to do, also sometimes escalates into what I'd call a corrupt-looking state where every color looks randomized with random flashing lights in the right side of the skin in which case it's impossible to play and I need to reset the game again.

I've tried to reinstall the game but that does nothing at all to fix the issue.

I've had no problems running other games that should have similar needs, at least I assume Warframe would be at the same level.

Not sure what specs are important to mention here but my graphics is a GTX 1050 and my CPU is a i5-6400.

This is a problem I was already having back in I think Expedition.

If you’re using Vulkan, instead use DirectX 11. If you’re using DirectX 11, disable Dynamic Resolution.

Both of these can be found in the game’s graphics settings.
