Minions recently created

Hii can someone tell me if mod "minions have % increased damage if you've used minion skill recently" which can be found on Enduring Bond on skill tree and elsewhere gives that increased damage to all my minions or only to minions that i have actually created recently. Like if i summon skeletons will i only get that damage increased on them or on my spectres and zombies too (which are alive whole time)
