Heartstopper Duration Unaffected by Temp Chains

I just tested this in Standard with both Rotblood's Promise + Temporal Chains and the Shaper's Presence buff from Solstice Vigil and it seemed like the duration remained fixed at 5 seconds. I assume this is intentional to stop folks from achieving permanent immunity to damage over time, but still a bit of a bummer! Just wanted to let other people know / check whether this is indeed intended.

"Effects" from ascendancies don't normally seem to be affected by Temp Chains as they aren't an "effect" or buff.

If memory serves me correctly, Temp Chains also does not increase the duration (slow the expiry) of Witch's Convergence, Templar's Fanaticism, or Marauders "every 10 seconds gain 100% of fire damage for 4 seconds."

However it DOES affect Templar's Arcane Surge and Duelist's Adrenaline

Fanatisism is indeed a buff, it has a green boarder when you get it. But it doesnt work with extend duration mechanics
