Berek's Respite Does not spread shock when inpulsa's is equipped.

Inpula's Broken Heart says:

"Shocked Enemies you Kill Explode, dealing 5% of
their Life as Lightning Damage which cannot Shock"

Berek's Respite says:

"When you Kill a Shocked Enemy, inflict an equivalent Shock on each nearby Enemy
When you Kill an Ignited Enemy, inflict an equivalent Ignite on each nearby Enemy"

When you have inpulsa's equipped berek's will not spread any shocks you inflict, but will spread ingite. If you unequip inpulsa it does spread the shock, so it doesn't appear to be a general bug with berek's. I have posted a video below that showcases this bug.

Just to clarify, only the explosion from inpulsa's should not be able to inflict shock, according to the description on the item. But it appears that it also turns off other effects, like berek's respite.

In the video, I used a character whose hits always shock and ignite. So, if berek's respite spreads the characters ignite, it should also spread the character's shock, which we can see does not happen when inpulsa's is equipped.

Just incase there was any doubt, I tested inpulsa's together with storm's gift gloves and that item is able to shock enemies, so this bug is specific with berek's respite and inpulsa's.

Working as intended.

A dead enemie can not prolif shock.
