ATLAS HARD STUCK! Activation failed (Zana conqueror map)

I cannot start my T12 conqueror map, which effectively means my atlas progress is completely halted.

Getting error "Activation failed". Almost exactly as described in this Reddit thread: (except my map is a T12 Glacier. Also they are getting Activation cancelled, not failed.)

Seemingly this was hotfixed 6 months ago(?) but I'm getting this just now.
Tried contacting support, was told to post here.



1) T13 in atlas.


2) T12 from Zana.


3) Activation failed.



Things I've tried:

- Scour/alching the map.
- Different combinations with/without fragments.
- Opening the map with all possible combinations (fortune favours the brave + all other options. With/without Maven witness. With/without masters.
- Verifying cache on Steam.
- Making a new character (not reached maps with this, so can't open).
- Swapping watchstones around.
- Doing more normal maps.
- Killed several conquerors in other areas.

Yes I have tried that. In fact I tried opening it from the guild hideout and more or less all available hideouts and the same thing happens. "Activation failed".

My map device works just fine, but that one conqueror map from Zana won't open.

I have the same problem. I think this might be related to the fact that the tier in my zana map device doesn't match the tier shown on my atlas. Is that the same for your situation?

It seems we're now more people with this bug. At least 3. There's gotta be a lot more.

I think you're on to something with the tiers not matching.
Zana offers T12 map, atlas says it's a T13 map.
Pretty sure I was also shuffling my watchstones around when I was about to enter the citadel.

I have the same problem. I have all watchstones acquired and socketed in the atlas. I'm stuck on my first conquerors round that spawns Awakener. Zana is offering me T16 Glacier map with Drox same tier as my atlas. At first I had a popup window with "map is to low level to progress conqueror" and know is just "Activation failed"
Tried everything including vaaling

Have had this problem for so long, and i thnk GGG support getting tired of my mails :)
