Captcha problem when going on poe forum or trade

Hello guys I am having problem with solving captcha every time I am going on poe site and then it work for about 5 minutes and then I have to solve it again and again.
Also becouse of this I cant use ingame Awakened Poe Trade, becouse every time I want to check price for a certain item, there is some kind of an error which dont let me to open page. Anyway here is a screenshot of this captcha and I wonder if you can help me of what I need to do to fix this. " This normaly happens when the public IP has been "spamming" GGG's backend API's and the protection system is activated (because else backend API's could crash). Since you are confirming using 3 party software, then this is properly why. However it can also be because you share public IP with other people if you live in a dorm or your ISP is doing this. You will need to e-mail GGG support if you want them to investigate your account. |

I contact Poe support and they couldnt fix it..then I contacted Cloudflare and then they said I should contact Poe support. I restarted my router to change my IP and I still got the problem.
Anyone got any idea what to do to fix this? Or maybe is there any way to use any trade tool in game becouse I am using awakened poe trade to check prices on items and with this captcha problem, I cant use it coz every time it ask me to solve this captcha. " If the software on your PC keep spamming GGG's API backend, then you will keep getting blocked. You could try a VPN solution if your ISP IP's have been blocked.... |
