Spell suppression bug

Thanks for your report, do you have "Revenge of the Hunted" allocated? This gives +10% chance to Suppress Spell damage while on Full Life.

There's also "Void Barrier" which is +10% chance to Suppress Spell damage while on Full Energy Shield.

Either of these could be the reason why your Spell Suppression gets lower.
