Ability to change my account name?

So, I saw a thread that was posted back in 2017 with a post from 2018 about someone getting their account name changed (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1926819), if I contact support, would this still be doable in the current year? Or has this changed?

Yes, it is still doable.
Email support@grindinggear.com with your request, from the email account associated with your PoE account, and they will be able to help you. 😹😹😹😹😹
