Scourge map incursion stuck

I started an inursion in a scourged map with the modifier: "Lose blood on killing a scourge monster", and "only shift on maximum blood". I hit max blood in an incursion then went into the scourge but when I exited it put me back into the incursion with no timer and no portal out.

Happened again, filled up meter in incursion, exited into the scourge then drained the meter and got put back into the incursion.
