Laboratory League Mechanic Bug?!

Here's what happened, I used the League ability on the Laboratory map and used the lever in the middle to "create" the Boss Portal. After I came out of the League ability the lever was gone and no Boss Portal was created. So I could not complete the map. I don't know if it's a bug or if it's already happened, so I thought I'd report it.

Bumping this for visibility. I was running my Al-Hezmin map to get a watchstone on Laboratory and due to being in the scourge mechanic realm and clicking the last lever, the portal to the boss would not spawn.
