Guild Hideout letting other than leader decorate?

Hey there i jsut made the guild hideout for my guild Hand of Unity and i cant seem to finda place that lets other decorate the guild hideout ( aka my officers ) only just myself

is it me that have overseen an option somewher as ive liiked throu lots of things but cant seem to find an option like that.
