Darkray vectors not giving spell suppresion
 As you can see i have 14 frenzy charges, which should equal 28 spell suppresion but it is not in tooltip I make mirror tier items, I don't rlly play the actual game. Reddit hates me. I'm not cool. Last bumped on Nov 5, 2021, 6:13:25 PM

I though I was going crazy when I saw this!
And still it appears its giving dodge attack chance, as stated in the character sheet on the charges fold |
