Arrow Dancing not showing in character sheet

I saw in my character sheet that with or without Arrow Dancing allocated that my character sheet's evade chance remains the same. (will post the links under the picture in case it doesn't work)

This is my skill tree with the point in Arrow Dancing.

The evade is only applying to attacks and not showing the melee/projectile evade it should.

However, on Pathing of Building, my imported character from my account shows this is what my melee/projectile evade chance should be listed as. When I unallocate it in Path of Building, it shows the same number as the in-game character sheet.
