Fortify Mastery - Melee Hits Fortify not working correctly
Skills used:
Cyclone Fortify Mastery - Melee Hits Fortify/-3 to maximum Fortification Steps to Reproduce: 1. Hit an enemy with cyclone, but do not kill it Expected Result: Melee hit that does not kill an enemy grants fortify. Actual Result: Melee hit that does not kill an enemy does not grant fortify. Edit 1: Also happens with Fortify Support Last edited by complexityz#6244 on Oct 23, 2021, 11:14:56 PM Last bumped on Nov 27, 2021, 9:22:59 PM

Bug is still happening even using both fortify support and the mastery, fortify is not being applied by the mastery Last edited by 71M073J#4503 on Nov 26, 2021, 4:16:48 PM

" You aren't doing enough damage with the hit for the support to kick in. THIS part of it is NOT a bug. " gaining fortification stacks is based off damage vs ailment threshold which causes problems for quite a few melee skills which are speed based not power based(aka cyclone which hits fast over hard) its not a bug but a design problem(we can only hope it gets reworked again in 3.17) |

the wording of the fortify mastery is literally:
"Melee hits Fortify" which should work regardless of hit damage |

" The wording of the fortify mastery is literally: "Melee hits Fortify (Fortifying grants an amount of Fortification based on the Damage of the Hit)" |
