GRUTHKUL'S Pelt Not Working on ANIMATE GUARDIAN

Hello,

i've equiped my Animated Guardian a gruthkul's pelt and he is not regenerating any of his HP.

The item worked perfectly fine on AG before this patch so I expect this to be a bug. Could you please take a look at it ?
