Flickering blue lights

I sometimes see flickering blue lights on my screen. It seems to come from dead bodies, and my position relative to these. The size can go up to half screen and it can also happen in the demon realm.
It flickers quite fast and can vary from blue to white. Hopefully I'm not epileptic otherwise it would have given me seizures.
I've already done /bug in the game and my number is 1 728 692 932.
I don't think that it comes from graphic settings as I've changed my graphic settings a few times and the problem was still here. It doesn't come from loot filter too. I've had those bugs since yesterday and I've restarted my pc several times since then.

started today: patched, started one heist map (lab with the acid) and now I constantly see it every few seconds. after reloading the game I can see them even on the character selection screen
