Trade searches show lowest possible base rolls as 100th percentile

Currently items with the lowest possible base roll will show as 100th percentile base rolls on the trade website. Below is the same Queen of the Forest shown in game as well as on the trade site.

Yeah I was hella confused when I bought 100%, and saw that it was the worst possible, while in general higher percentile seems to have more armour. Why on earth couldn't the trade site just show the actual value?
