Wakano selling Perception Contract for no cost - can not buy

Character: Sleepyistired (lvl 55) Went to Rogue Harbour for the second time this league. Bought some contracts, then noticed I could not buy the perception contract. Realized it has no cost. Had two perception contracts for sale both with no cost.   Last bumped on Oct 25, 2021, 7:33:00 PM

I have seen this same behavior all league on most Wakano refreshes.

I have same issue, its always last 2 contracts that Wakano offers.

If it helps to triage it, I have this problem too, it's the last few contracts. Generally Mansion ones.
