How to find this?

Hey, can you help me guyz, to find way how to obtain this items (I know to farm cur, but want try find or get it by my self):
-A Dishonourable Death (prophecy) can I just find it by rolls prohecy?
-Garukhans_Flight (boots), Cyclopean Coil
(Leather belt), where it can be drop (boss/map or what :D)?
- Also Hyrri's Ire i feel its my endgame chest to obtain. Cost 4-8ex.

1. just roll prophecies.
2. garukhan's flight drop from... pretty much anywhere but aren't common.
3. cyclopean coil is drop from Elder.
4. Hyrri's Ire is also random drop.
