Temporal chains curse / bosses

hey guys i wanted to ask how is the "Other effects on Cursed enemies expire 40% slower" from temporal chains working on bosses?

does it even work on rare/unique enemies? have different numbers for them? or unlike the action speed its not acting any special or different between nomral mobs and unique bossess?

does it mean Wither will last longer on boss that has temporal chain on him? thanks !

yeah i know but less than they used to have and in return the reduce action speed has been separated into 2 modes for normals and uniques

i think bosses that used to have like 60% reduce effect of curse have like 33% now? or something like that.

thanks for help! i plan to start ssf league soon with Bane+ED chaos dot as sarter and i wasnt sure if i want to useenfeeble or temp but temporal hain seems better
yes 33% I think, but the endgame ones like Sirus have 66%

It's essentially the increased skill effect duration modifier placed on enemies, acting as a separate more multiplier. All other debuffs you place will last longer. You might be mixing it up with Enfeeble which has separate modifiers for common, rare, and unique monsters. Each of those modifiers are further reduced by bosses' curse resistance.
