I will play SSF. Not a big fan of HC at all. So many things that can go wrong. But I also want the nobrainer and relaxed playstyle. Dont need the thrill of HC to enjoy the game.
Slaying monsters and loot a lot of stuff. Everthing on your own, thats my deal. So, play SSF, not HC ;) | |

I would suggest SSFSC.
That way you can experience the endgame content to some extent without roleplaying Groundhog Day. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore

SC vs HC is just a difference in style... not difficulty.
Playing HC the same way you play SC is just stupid. HC played HC is pretty boring actually. You just stick to content that you know you can beat, and progress very slowly. Some people enjoy that. Playing SC the same way you play HC is just as silly. "You don't get to play the end game with HC". HC has an endgame. SC doesn't. SC never ends. You just keep playing... for ever. HC actually ends, and the game tells you when. |

Story of two halves, defensively it looks like the best league to be HC for quite a while.
Other side is GGG will overtune everything and scourge looks like a power mechanic ala delirium which lends itself heavily towards SC, and tbh towards trade. I'd choose HCSSF because the character journey is where i draw my enjoyment from however if you want to experience the content fully i'd stick to SSF. |
