You potentially lose real money buying guild tabs.

It really sucks that if you buy guild stash tabs with real money, you cannot take your stash tabs with you to your new guild.. My old guild had many stash tabs bought, and when the guild died, I had to learn the hard way that I wasnt able to get my stash tabs to mu new guild.. Stash tabs I had bought with real money!!! Why is that? That's VERY scummy thing to do GGG, please to something about this. You dont even give any information about to the leader, when he leaves the guild. PLEASE fix this, as that feels like a scam almost.. 50 points of real money is alot to many people to pay for stash tabs, only to lose them by accident...

you buy guild stash features on your account and then when you leave a guild and join a new one those features transfer with you.

the way it would have to work is that once a league starts those tabs are locked to that guild for the league right? its not until the next league where those tabs would not be in that old guilds bank but would be in the new guilds instead.

how does it work for standard? the tabs become remove only when you leave? it might get messy here, how do you stop someone joining a guild, they fill the tabs, leave, it becomes remove only, join another guild, they get to fill the tabs, it becomes like infinite remove only storage tabs for people abusing guild hoppers, ill trade you 5 of my guys for 5 of yours for a day so we can all get a ton more storage...

You're kind of asking for GGG to voluntarily pass on the opportunity to get more money from engaged players.

Yeah that is sadly true. However from player's perspective is feels very wrong to lose money like that.. At least they should pop-up some warning about it, before you leave the guild.. But currently there is nothing you could know from, that you will lose all that.. I don't personally ask to be able to take the tabs with you, but it really would be nice to at least make some kind of pop-up warning for it.

Are you saying that if a guild leader leaves a guild, no one gets passed the guild leader status? If so that's an unfortunate oversight and the real feedback here should be to make it impossible to have a leaderless guild.

well, maybe, or maybe the other way too right? maybe theres another set of people who would buy a load of guild stuff in order to be attractive to guilds or help out their guild, and the fact it stays with them means it makes sense from a selfish perspective. if they leave they can start their own guild and have access to that space in their own guild bank, they dont have to worry that they lose something now by buying guild features for a guild they may not always be in.

theres always the same amount of guild tabs on the server, its just making the purchase 'safer' in a way for the people making the purchase, which surely means the purchase is more attractive?
