Best skill tree for 3.16 found!
Hi guys, after many months of theory crafting the best skill tree was found for upcoming patch version.
https://poeplanner.com/b/cYX >Life leech version(it is better) https://poeplanner.com/b/cYb >Block version(block is for noobs, just go life leech) Main pros with 0 gear 0 jewels: Bandit: ALIRA(it is better than 2pp for early game) 7 jewel sockets Enemies you hit are destroyed on Kil Culling strike Can not be stunned Can not be inflicted with corrupted blood 146% increased maximum Life +312 to maximum Life Regenerate 7.5% of Life per second +3% to maximum Lightning Resistance +4% to maximum Fire Resistance +3% to maximum Cold Resistance 40% MORE damage (not increased) 4.25 rage per second +5 to Melee Strike Range It is impossible to make better build without cluster jewels, in case of cluster jewels we would likely drop some of the elemental or axe nodes. Enjoy! I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty, I feel pretty, and witty and gay, And I pity Any girl who isn’t me today! Tree for what skill ... ?

" Taking axe nodes, not heavy on elemental stuff, so I'd say anything physical and conversion to an element should be fine. Bird lover of Wraeclast

" This is not build guide to some specific skill, but anything with axes/swords(swords have worse pathing) and you hitting enemy with "melee" attack will work there. Maces are suboptimal. You can -some of the defense for +crit depending on what you need more in the moment. 7jewel sockets are ofcourse the main part that makes it godly, you can just alt-spam some magic jewels and get more stats than any other starting builds allow. the only builds that can compete are very expensive cluster jewel builds that take 3cluster jewel sockets I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty, I feel pretty, and witty and gay, And I pity Any girl who isn’t me today! " First of all you should specify for what build it´s good. There´s no universal tree for any melee axe(sword) build. You are mixing physical damage nodes with elemental damage Why Agnostic for melee build? You need very good jewels (not just some magic ones) to be more effective than just picking passives nearby such as Juggernaut or Agressive bastion. Crit build shouldn´t miss crit enabling passives Btw if you use Marauder´s starting area you can get a bit better stats .. It´s not possible to optimize build without gear / skill gems. Result may vary a lot. Good try but I think you have some tasks for the next months:) Gl:) Last edited by Rakiii#5559 on Oct 20, 2021, 2:05:06 PM

" All you just said is wrong, i m almost impressed by that. Well except the "it is not tree for ANY build in existence, it is still BEST tree tho. That it is not targeted at spell casters, low life ES, minions or totems is quickly obvious to anyone that clicks there. Leave the theory craftin to people that actually know what they are doing. This is how it was done: Step 1. Use neural network to find best EHP increase with limit of 80points, allow them to path from ANY starting point(which includes your marauder suggestion) and pick from generic blue gear with 20% quality. (life, es, armor, evasion, resistance, mana are the only avaible rolls) Step 2 set this as the starting point and now let NN to find best EDPS on default attack. (48 points) Now remove what NN considered as least important nodes for ehp and dps, throw them in to jewel sockets enabling jewel uniques, crit rare jewels and magic jewels. Remove 2 points for bandit. After that optimize by hand stuff like cluster jewels, jewels that allow you to avoid pathing(thread of hope) and conditional effects "like enemy has to be blinded for 50% dps increase against it" "can not be stunned which is too complicated benefit for NN to understand" "can not be corrupted blood" Agnostic is there for life regen, even builds that do not pick mana on theirs gear will end up with something like 1k mana. 20% from that is 200life regen Leech version has overleech so you are in very bad situation if something managed to get you lower than full hp, at those times the 200 life regen becomes vital. At 215 life it is equivalent of 96% life regen per second After you reach 10k life pool you simply invest those points in cluster tree because at that point life regen node gives more ehp than agnostic without losing mana. No idea why is 96% life regen equivalent something you would consider as "what the hell, why" notable. Even with just default level up mana increases it is 50% life regen equivalent at the mentioned mhp point. Element nodes are multipliers, it is only narutal that NN took all of them. It is almost like picking MORE damage. Which NN did too. If you are scared of reflect invest that in to cluster jewel tree. I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty,

" Oh how I wish there was a rage on ranged/hit node or gem, or built into Zerker tree. Trying to stop myself from going bowzerker again :| This time around might try Blitz and 1 rage node instead of both, which made most my dmg heavily reliant on max rage stacks. |

" I completely understand you, rage is so amazing way to get dps for minimum of investment. It used to be best in slot even for spellcasters but that got nerfed. Do you think the +10 maximum rage one handed axes make sense as crafting base? I did not run any calculations on that but i assume it does not. I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty,

" I think it largely depends on what skill you plan to use? IIRC, the psychotic axes have very little base dmg so in the past I was looking at using them for a melee Ele Hit build, as EH gets a lot of dmg from gem levels, unlike the vast majority of attack gems. I rarely play melee though so I cant exactly say. |
