Disconnects and lost maps

For the last 3 days I have experienced random moments when the Frankfurt and Amsterdam servers suddenly spike in latency until the point where I get disconnected. I have have no background network activity on my PC or my home LAN setup. Hardwire connection (no wifi) to a gigabit internet service in Switzerland. Absolutely no issues with the quality of my internet provider or my PC. 5900x sand a 3080 gpu. The game is installed on a Samsung 980 Pro NVME ssd. Absolutely no issues with adequate hardware.

I reconnect and the portal is gone, contrary tp what the Grand Heist wiki page (https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Grand_Heist) states:

The portal is only closed when all wings have gone into lockdown and players have nothing else to explore. Even if players disconnect (logout) and login, they may return to the Rogue's Harbour and the portal will remain active."

Normally my ping is 25-35ms. During these spikes, the ping surges from 275ms up to more than 1 seconds until it disconnects. This happens in both Expedition and Standard. I have lost now 3x T15 Beachhead harbinger maps in Standard and a fully revealed L83 Prohibited Library Grand Heist with the potential for lots of valuable replica items in Expedition.

This is extremely frustrating due to the amount of grind time invested before being able to run top tier Grand heists. Lots of grind time was invested to reveal the grand heist and level up rogues to level 5 in order to run top tier Grand Heists.

GGG please fix the server latency and disconnects. Also, most importantly for me personally, reimburse those lost maps. Especially the Grand Heist with exactly the same type. I had hoped to find a replica shako for my flicker build. Alternatively, I suppose I would accept a replica forbidden shako with supported gem rolls in line with the top tier meta cold flicker build as compensation. xD

GGG doesn't offer ANY kind of ingame refunds or restores for ANY reason so no, you will not get any kind of compensation.

Happen just now again on elder guardian map.. it hurts on ssf
