I had something similar with D3 on entering specific maps. I had to download a dll file to fix the problem. I hope you find a solution.

check the last lines in c:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\logs\client.txt for errors.
-- but it's most likely a issue with your game's resources. try entering the instance with another poe character of yours and if it still crashes: run packcheck (go to c:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\ and click the exe). if it doesn't find any errors and the problem persists, just redownload the resource file (careful, it's 24GB). for this rename content.ggpk i the same folder to _content.ggpk before launching the game. that's what you can do now without waiting for a solution from ggg, if your client crashes the game automatically sends a crash report to them. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

We have same problem . Do you fix it ?

" try this --> 1. Run packcheck.exe as "an administrator" / In steam select "Verify game files". 2. Delete the local PoE cache files here --> C:\Users\"your windows account name"\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile\ 3. Now start PoE again as "an administrator". When at the login screen, select options. 4. Now set texture to MEDIUM and Sound channels to low. 5. See if the issue is resolved ? Also depending on if you run DX11, Vulcan or DX12 (Beta) then try changing between them. |
