" Depends. Minion builds got destroyed this patch and I have a hard time seeing them being meta. With the changes in the patchnotes Tabula Rasa miners will literally be doing more dps than spectre builds with 10 mirrors worth of gear. |

" Yup, the SO nerf is somewhat fine. That spectre was a bit too powerful. The problem is all other spectres are so bad right now that there's nothing left to go for. What are we supposed to use now? Slave Drivers? Solar Guards? Baronite Preachers? During Ritual ALL spectres were nerfed by 4 gem levels across the board because SOs were deemed too strong in Heist league. Instead of nerfing SO only, they decided to nerf ALL spectres. Ever since, SO is the only really viable spectres. You could still make things like crabs et.c. work if you literally threw hundreds of exalted orbs on the build though. The problem now is that, even if you were to try making a spectre build, 99% of them rely on Elemental Equilibirum to do even half decent damage. EE basically functions as another gemlink for almost all spectre builds. The removal of EE just makes the damage unplayable. If anyone wants to test how their spectres will be doing next league. Log into your account now and unspecc EE while removing GMP from your SOs. It wont feel good. |
