Righteous Fire in 3.16

If I understand the post correctly, it is still dead right?

The 50% base damage buff means nothing, if you loose access to Elemental Overload and only get -25% Resistances from Equilibrium.
(or possible even less, if it actually counts as "exposure" now)

That pretty much sums it up, or did I overlook anything?

base damage is 50% stronger, scaling component is 75% stronger.

A char with 8k hp/es used to have 1541 base dps + 1600 from the 20% health.

Now you're gonna have a base 2541 + 2800 from the 35% health.

You lost access to a 40% more, wich negates about 2 thirds of this "buff" and a -50% fire resist, wich in most cases makes you strictly weaker.
For blitzing through white and yellow maps RF got a huge buff because you don't have to worry about critting or hitting with anything anymore. If you consider it to be dead now it's even more dead at endgame in 3.16 though. Chaos DoT and phys DoT got bigger buffs with the availability of easier DoT multi, and they didn't lose EE.
