Sacred Blossom drop "Chance" is a Joke

i did probably every Harvest i've encountered this League
and "never" did i have a T4 plant not to mention a boss that has the chance to drop a sacred blossom.... this is such a joke and i dont see the meaning of it being so rare considering the fact that its in the challange .... did reddit or a streamer decided over this? because i see no one complaining about it ... They over nerf the chance of T4 appearance since 3.14

" i have rolled 3 platinum watchstones with higher chance for t4 plants and the other one is the higher tier chance which is like 13 ex when i looked last time on trade i've rolled these watchstones all myself it took me like 3k alts and i have the same combination in proxima and haewark with all the area harvest nodes i feel like i just wasted time by rolling these watchstones because they dont seem to increase the chance for t4 plants "There are Penalties in the Game, no one's complaining about them"

"As far as I can tell, it's only useful for those who need it to reach 40/40 challenges, and they can afford to spend 25 exalts to buy it. If the drops were good, more people would complain about it's rarity. But yeah, those T4 seeds are rarer then expected... haven't seen any this league.
