Please, could you create "Replica Ondar's Clasp"
"Ondar's Clasp" has:
> 30% increased Attack Speed when on Full Life
> 20% increased Movement Speed when on Low Life
>...

The "Replica Ondar's Clasp" would have the functionality changed:
> 30% increased Attack Speed when on Low Life
> 20% increased Movement Speed when on Full Life
>...

It would be a more useful item at the beginning of the game. :B

PS: It could even be a nerfed version
