Gloomfang doesn't scale chaos damage leeched as life with Noxious catalysts

as per the topic, even though the value doesn't have the "unscalable" tag, the 0.5% remains constant despite applying noxious catalysts.
any value that doesn't contain the above mentioned tag should be able to be scaled with catalysts, especially since in this particular chase, the "%chaos damage leeched as life" does have a chaos tag We miss you, bald man. " This is not a bug. Noxious Catalyst specifically increases "chaos damage modifiers". While the leech modifier on Gloomfang is a chaos modifier, it is not a damage modifier. |

I know it doesn't have a damage tag, but that is wrong on its own. Like... the text itself states "chaos damage leeched as life". It should have: chaos, damage and life tags.
