Unable to access the POE Store

Sometimes this can be a temporary error between Steam and our store that usually gets resolved shortly. However, there can be a number of other causes for this; if you are using a VPN or proxy, if you are connecting from a region-restricted area such as South East Asia, or if you do not have the Steam Overlay enabled.
