How Do Kripparian Craft this insane Minion jewel on SSF ?

A minion cluster with 35% increased effect/10 max life/2%minions attack cast speed/8 dex

Is he using more likely reforge or how would u craft this jewel ?

Well, luck for one thing.


It's probably 99% harvest crafting. Reforge life to get the life + 35% effect, then spam reforge keep prefixes until suitable suffixes.


I made a 10 life + 35% effect + 3% cast speed + 4% all resistances jewel in ultimatum. Got the suffixes first then spammed reforged keep suffixes. Got damn lucky with the final augment slam being 35% increased effect (thank you, leo).


Got a lot less lucky in expedition when I played... maybe they nerfed the spawn rate of reforge keep one side, or maybe RNG just hated me this league, but I only got a handful of those reforges and couldn't really take advantage of them. Never made a decent cluster jewel so was stuck unable to swap out my resist gear.

Weightings on cluster jewels are actually pretty good if you want no notables. I don't think it'll be be reforge more likely but its just the kind of thing you get from reroll keep best results etc.

I made a bunch of these the last time I was playing a Varunastra character. Can get expensive but much cheaper than trying to get a 3 mod overlord mace cluster or anything of that type.

Haven't watched his PoE gameplay at all recently but I remember some random commentary on his hearthstone videos that he needs beastcrafts (stuff with prefix, suffix) to make the gear he needs. Not sure if that was referring to jewels or anything else.
From the context here, maybe combines with some other bench stuff.

2 leagues later we can go past this...GGG paid the streamers to showcase the game, had issues so they had to take a call so that they don't burn money to the ground ...

More of a marketing perspective not love of streamers.

Get a ilvl 84 cluster.
Alteration spam until ou get 35% increased effect and T1 Life (Costs a couple of thousands of alterations)

Then he either regal'd or Harvest crafted the "add 2 High tier modifiers on item".

If he did the harvest thing, he was lucky and got the T1 Dex and T2 attack speed mod.

If he regaled, he was lucky and got the Dex mod.
Then he got the attack speed from either a lucky exalted orb or a Augment caster craft from Harvest.

Increased effect and life are both prefixes, so alt spamming should be a bit different there. But anyway you can get 3 desired properties if you have enough patience and alteratios/regals/scours. Then you need to be lucky with exalt. Mod pools are not that badly diluted on cluster jewels anyway.

I'd suggest alch/scour spam over alterations. It's far more valuable to have 2 desired prefixes or suffixes over 1 of each. It's "only" about 1/800 for prefixes and 1/1600 for suffixes (at least for the combos I typically go for), so the main cost is time and sanity. Also don't forget harvest reforges, which greatly increase your chances.

'Course, early league, getting a 35% effect and 4% all resistances will let you dump resist on 1 or 2 gear slots which can be extremely valuable, so alt spam can work there, but you can expect more out of your cluster later.

Also keep a lookout on trade for good bases. Sometimes people put up ones with perfect prefixes or suffixes and garbage on the other side for rather cheap.
