Quick firewall settings question

Greetings,

I am attempting to configure my firewall (KIS) and found he following thread from 2012 https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/23746/page/1 where Tomas from Grinding Gears Games mentioned that the following ports need to be opened - 80, 8095, 12995, 20481, and 32768 - 61000. I just have two quick questions if I may -

1. Is this port list still current?
2. Is the protocol for those ports is TCP, UDP, both, or some combination of TCP and UDP.

This is on a personal machine for which I am the administrator so I can easily configure the firewall on KIS for any scenario.
