huge losing connexion with a jump ping over 10000 ms every 10 minutes

i have a probleme from 2 day now and i have now idea to solve this probleme i make a Winmtr statistique

the probleme is every 10 minutes i got a freez and jump of latency between 9xxx and 19xxx and they back to the normal and after 10 minutes maybe the same issu is a huge handicap for to play this game please need a solution

As you can see here, the latency spikes is between your home and the ISP network point "out in the road".
Here are some things to do before you call your ISP -->
- Turn of your ISP router/modem for 30+ minuttes to force a connection reset.
- Make sure your router/modem is using latest firmware.

If that didn't help, then you will need to contact your ISP and show them the WinMTR report.
