Inspired by Explosive Concoction, and Blaze skill from D2, here's another flask-based skill concept!
Obviously this assumes support is added for scaling Lightning Damage Over Time
![]() Basically poke a hole in your flasks to leave a trail of oil in your wake. Like Blaze Sorc from Diablo 2! So this is meant to be usable as either a main skill (leave a trail of damaging ground in your wake, whose degen lingers on them for usability), or as a support skill (debuff enemies so they take more damage from your other elemental skills). It requires you to have at least one Ruby, Sapphire or Topaz flask with charges and turns off automatically when they're drained (like RF does when you reach 1 hp). It also works sorta like the Stance skills in that using the skill again switches which flask you're using, in case you have multiple of them. The secondary duration refers to the duration the debuff lingers on enemies, so you don't have to constantly run around them to keep them in the degen ground. Note that, since this is a degen, it can't be used to trigger Elemental Equilibrium. It doesn't Hit at all. And yes, it is inflicting Chill and Shock on mobs. The Lightning degen amount is balanced around this. This is meant as a kind of alternative to Skitterbots. It doesn't reserve mana, but it requires a flask slot and flask investment to keep up.
