Problems with Rog crafting & items.

I have tried a couple of deals with Rog, so far I could say 9 out of 10 the outcome of this crafting doesn't end well.

Too many RNG with limited option with this crafting. 1st the drops of artifacts, the randomize crafting option, we players only get to do Take, Skip or upgrade, and we only can skip twice, can't skip more of it when the crafting was done halfway and rog says wanna "hammer" away all the good prefix/surfix we actually wanted.

And i found out any item came out from Rog u can't edit anymore at crafting bench. I was manage to grab a boot without doing much and it only has 5 mods, yet i can't edit the boots at the bench. FIX THAT PLEASE.

Chris, i've watch your twitch interview, if this is the sort of crafting experience you want us players to have instead of trading. It's a failure.

Too much uncertainty & gambling on it. Please change it. We should be given 2-3 option to choose which is the craft we desire every step instead of one. and we need more skips, at least 4-5 times instead of two.

Please do understand more than 50% of the base player are not "hardcore" players, we don't sit down in front of the pc whole day just to grind the crap out of PoE, we just want to have a good game ,at least enjoyable with funs and able to reach end game content without die trying too hard to buy crazy godly gears for it.

Path of Exile has already walk out its very own path compared to other RPG games, no other games would be able to compare what PoE can do in the game. Please don't ruin it by pushing players away from the game. Give us what we players really wanted.
