Arn's Anguish and Bleed Damage

Dear all,

Is there any interaction between Arn's Anguish (chance to do Triple damage) and Bleeding ?
I would love to try doing some triple damage bleeding but seems like it does not work like that (not work at all).

Technically if that would work for bleed that may be some double dipping (triple damage on hit and ailment) but maybe it works... somehow

Triple or double damage does not affect damage over time.
