Game server lost contact with the realm

Game server lost contact with the realm, come back in right the way, lost all portal, what the fuck is this shit.

Yep, same here and on the California server. Sucks, because I was in a relatively juiced map, found a harvest and had killed my first round of crop mobs looking through the resulting crafts when discoed. Feelsbadman.

Strongly suspect this is some form of impactful firewall failover or the security/network (team?) attempting to resolve a build up of TCP connections (DDoS?) by just dumping tcp connections on the floor.. or worse: a leak/bug in the server/instance software causing an eventual crash, dumping the client and the instance into oblivion (hence, no portals on re-login).

Either way, it's becoming more and more frequent and it is SO BEYOND FRUSTRATING.

Note: this seems to exclusively happen for me on the 216.x.x.x instance IPs of the CA realm

For me its the first time i got this error. 3 times in a row on Frankfurt-Realm...

same crashes here. 3 Times this day. A few Times last days.
Server Frankfurt. No Changes to Options or drivers. Previously the game was very stable without crashes.
