Eye of Winter + Snakepit + Chain?

So right now I'm just EoW + Snakepit with:

Eow + Innervate + Increased Crit + Crit Multi + Spell Echo + Trinity.

What I'm wondering is if replacing Trinity with Chain support makes sense. The idea being I could hit a monster, chain to hydrosphere, and with chain support chain back to the monster.

Does anyone know if replacing Trinity support with chain support would be worth it?

Edit: I have 100% crit chance with the Inquisitor passive that ignores monster ele res on crit so Trinity atm is only providing the +30% more damage, the pen does nothing for me.

I dont know about your setup but you could try anomalous faster proj for clear

You don't chain twice. Some of the projectiles coming off hit the monster, the others hit the hydro and chain back, significantly increasing single target.
