Fortify and Onslaught Corruptions on weapons.

When gaining Fortify or Onslaught what level is it applied as? Is it just level 1?

fortify and onslaught are buffs. they do not have increased effect based on gem level.


so a weapon that says 'gain fortify/onslaught on hit with this weapon', just gives you fortify.

an older weapon such as :


specifies what level fortify, because the gem has scaling *more* damage based on gem level. however, the fortify buff your character gets, is the same fortify buff, no matter the gem level.
